I have a hull model, but it says 'Rhino polysurface object is not valid.
brep.m_F[321] face is not valid.
brep.m_L[face.m_li[0]=321].m_type is not outer.
ON_Brep.m_F[321] is invalid.’
How do I find where that error is?? Going mad here!

run selbad- this will identify any bad objects-
then run extractbadsrf to isolate the bad parts of any polysurface.
that surface or surfaces should be examined for bad trims, or rebuilt.
ExtractBadSrf, DupBorder, UntrimBorder, then Trim with those curves seems to sort things out here so far.

I downloaded your file, ran some diagnostics, found the bad surface, ran detach trim on that surface, retrimmed it to the resultant curves, ran diagnostics again which then found no bad objects. I’ve uploaded the file saved small for you. Cheers, Robcalshot hull side joined1.3dm (4.3 MB)
