I am not very experienced in using rhinocam. I am trying to engrave curves into a non flat surface. I used 4 axis machine- Engraving. The problem is that the tool is normal to the xy plane, not the surface, so it is giving me unwanted results.
I want to engrave these curves normal to the surface, but in 5 axis-Surface normal operation, I can’t find an option of selecting curves.
2-in 5 axis machine operations I don’t find the rest of the tools in library I have imported to the file. (I find these tools only in 2-4 axis)
You might want to post this in the Mecsoft RhinoCAM forum with a sample file…
