Einstein Aperiodic Monotile nearest neighbours necklace

This is a silver 3d print of the Einstein aperiodic monotile pattern, with the centroid of each cell connected to its two nearest neighbours, as described in An Aperiodic Monotile.

There is no real significance to the pattern, other than making a pretty result! Connecting each centroid to its two nearest neighbours is not a symmetric relationship, so there are often branches and even loops; this is not a spanning tree, as described by Max Allstadt, although it is the same idea.
