Docked Toolbar grips vanished

The image shows Rhino when I open it - the grips to move docked toolbars have vanished…
Where have they gone, or how can I get them back?

From any of the cogwheels, remove the checkmark for Lock Docked Windows.

Thanks! but it turned out to be ‘locked docked windows’
