Please join for the fifth event of the New York Digital Design Community, featuring a great group of speakers! These events are a great way to meet other design leaders in our community, be exposed to some of the work and approaches by other offices, and have a good time with many former colleagues, and new friends.
In this installment of the quarterly series, practitioners from Buro Happold Engineering, KieranTimberlake, and Jacobs will showcase the various design methods and technologies they employ in their workflow, highlighting some of their recent work on in-house tools and hacks, as well as project visualization and analysis techniques developed in their practices. The importance of communication and interoperability in the AEC industry will be illustrated through live demonstration of a visual and interactive hack with event attendees. The hack will be displayed on screens in the background while an open table discussion about digital design in the AEC industry is held.
The New York Digital Design Community runs in collaboration with the AIA NY Technology Committee and offers attendees AIA Learning Hours for Continuing Education.
