Difficult to grab dimension handle

Anyone else get this?

Weirdly, as you can see in the video, once I manage to grab it once I am able to grab it easily again.

if you pick the dim and hit f10 (pton) does it make it easier?

Yes it did. But why? There was literally no change in the drawing of those points.

So is this a new V8 bug?
