Dialog-driven alternative to EndBulge

The plug-in, CADacombs | Food4Rhino
_-PackageManager _Search CADacombs
contains ccEndBulge, an alternative to _EndBulge.

Key features:

  • Uses a dialog box rather than viewport grip dragging.
  • Can simultaneously modify from the picked and opposite ends/edges of curves/surfaces.
  • When the Adjust ends/edges option is set to Linked and the geometry contains symmetry, the symmetry is maintained.
  • Can maintain G3 continuity on some curves and surfaces.

Thanks for sharing this plugin (and the rest of them)

I noticed a glitch when you change the slider with the surface active. The surface redraw interrupt the slider and make the interaction less fluid.

I have also a wish: the ability to increase the degree (or number of CV) when selecting higher curvature.
For example If I have a Deg 2 surface and I want to control the tangent on both sides actually I can’t. Would be nice if this could be allowed.

Please try version 0.2.8 of the plug-in.

By default, the surface preview now changes with more fluidity for shaded and zebra display in Rhino 8 and 9. Curvature analysis, draft angle analysis, and EMap are also available in the dialog in Rhino 9.

The dialog now contains a button for increasing the curve or surface degree.
