What would be the easiest way to cut holes into a list of breps in order to creat frames? Its time consuming in rhino and would like to automate the process.

IMO, If you don’t have any source data for your brep set (rectangles or surfaces with adjustable size parameters), using GH is probably not the best way to achieve your goal which is a kind of reversed data processing.
You could do the similar in GH like the attached V2.
