Creating a plug-in similar to graph mapper

Hi, I am wondering how would you go about coding a grasshopper node that has a visual interface exactly like graph mapper. I really like to use this node but I’d like to be able to input positions of the points to make it more useful. (I know there is a rich graph mapper add on it it still not enough for me)

Does anyone has any insight?

You could take a look at their GitHub and from there perhaps get some insights in how to set it up.
