Component to select geometry from Grasshopper to Rhino

I have to filtered a bunch of geometry in Grasshopper and would like to select this geometry in Rhino for further work. Is there a component that I can feed a bunch of geometry into that will subsequently select this geometry in Rhino?

Sasquatch plugin has a select in document.

I think i have a scripted version somewhere as well, i’ll look for it here shortly.
