ClimateStudio-Saving Results Failed

Hi.
I modeled a dormitory in Rhino7 and ran the thermal energy simulation using ClimateStudio, but encountered an error saying: “Saving result failed”. What could be the problem?

I’ve attached the rhino file in the link below and thanks for all the help in advance.

Hi @h.murya, Re support contact, if you have an educational license, CS questions can be directed to the point of contact at your school. If you have a professional license or trial, you should have a support contact from when you (or your firm) received the trial download.
