Change North direction

Hi, I’m using a plug-in based on North direction in Rhino. I’ve draw my building using the default +Y-Axis as north, but the real building north is oriented 230° south-west.
How can I change the North direction without having to rotate the entire building?

The black lines are the north orientation that I need. Hope that my message is clear

you cannot change the world xyz axis in rhino.

you can however make a custom construction plane with whatever orientation you prefer and save that plane for future reference.

use the cplane command and pick your options from the command line
