I have heard that NVIDIA Omniverse supporting Rhino. Is it possible to use it, or any other AI to complete the rest of my works.

I’m not sure what the question is, but here goes:
No, I don’t believe there’s an AI out there that will specifically model a basketball court, a public toilet and a postal office for you. At least not any AI readily available to the public. The 3D generating AI’s publicly available are still in their infancy - although it’s moving at the same blistering pace as all the other AI’s, there’s still a long way to go for the data to be something you would implement in a project.
What is it you are looking for an AI to solve for you? Is it just for the 3d models? In that case I reckon you are better off looking at 3D Warehouse, CGTrader, TurboSquid etc. Or - if you need basketball courts, public toilets and postal offices often - it might be worth looking at a Grasshopper or Blender Geometry nodes solution.
If you are looking for how to use AI in urban planning in general, I think you’ll have a better chance with implementing it earlier in the process. rather than as a tool to “complete the rest of my works” [sic]. I’m sure there are examples of AI being used to look at environmental factors, traffic solutions, sustainability and many others.

If I lower down my expectation, I just upload the captioned image as a jpg and add some description. Do you think AI can understand my image?
Once AI has understood what I want, can it complete a basketball court, a public toilet and a postal office, etc. and send me back a jpg file?
