Can a Point Attract Curve until it Intersects it?

Hello,

How can points attract or pull curves until the curve intersects it? . In my attached file i created various curves that overlap and got mean vertical distance between them represented by a point. Is it possible to pull curves from that point to change its shape? In my file the pulling points are represented in green. Any help would be great. Thank you

Simply search for “wooly path” or “edge bundling” and you should find examples of similar nature.
