C# Windows Forms passing data Hello World Example?

I’m curious if there is a “Hello World” example out there that can get me started passing data from text boxes from a Windows Forms to number slider or number input inside of grasshopper.

I have installed the “Grasshopper templates of v6” from the extensions manager but can’t seem to find an example how to pass data.
