[C++] Gumball example

It would be nice if there was some more example material on how to use the gumball. Specifically in combination with custom grips, as this is not supported by default (i.e. when calling the base-class Draw function).

When to draw, how to draw, what do all the appearance settings mean, etc.
I’m a bit overwhelmed :worried:

Kerplunk… Any info on using the gumball from c++?

Dale has been on vacation this week and he is typically the guy with a bunch if C++ examples. Sorry for the delay

No worries, I can wait :smile:

@menno, is there anything in particular this new sample should demonstrate?

Let’s start with how to get a gumball on the screen, and how to get its transform to apply on geometry. I’ll probably get enough from that to apply it to my custom object and its grips.
