BUG: Changing layer visibility affects Grasshopper filter component

For unknown reason changing layer visibility affects Grasshopper Filter output.
Filters shown in the video have nothing to deal with the layer visibility.

Layer that I’m toggling is containing some geometry that are inside Block Instances placed on different layers.
Showing two separate examples.

BONUS:
Instance definition is not valid - If it’s possible I would like to know why? Because it contains sub-blocks?

Can we get the files? If you want you can send them to tech@mcneel.com and reference this thread. We can experiment.

I will try to prepare a reduced small example in my spare time. I don’t think it happens all the time, this makes it more difficult to reproduce. Will let you know.
