Boolean Union failing between 2 closed polysurfaces

Hi guys, I’m having trouble combining all my different parts to create a single closed polysurface for 3D printing. Each part was built separately but using the same edges etc in situ, and I boolean unioned them together, but one cluster won’t join to the other cluster. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

It seems there are some coincident surfaces. Something which often causes trouble…

You can explode, split and trim the surfaces and out them back together or move one part a tiny bit if that is within tolerance or mesh both parts and shrink wrap the geometry. You can also just export both parts as *.stl without unioning. Most slicers can handle overlapping geometry

If you share the file with the failing parts we can take a closer look
