I would like to create the top blue part of the refill in Rhino, but I’m unsure which commands or workflow to use to achieve this shape. Do you have any advice or tips?
On the other site it has the same shape.

The teeth look like square profiles swept along a spiral.
I used sweep1 with the Roadlike option.
Array polar to create 4 parts which are then subtracted from the pen cylinder. There’s no need to union the 4 swept geometries.
Thee slot should be easier. Just subtract a box
