Baking replaces previously baked objects

My co-worker reported this issue: Baking replaces previously baked objects.
I have dealt with this before but I don’t remember what I have done to fix it.
Or is it some hidden feature one triggers without knowing?
PS The definition is mine and it’s massive (+3.5k), I can’t post it here.

How do you bake it? Normally or with plugin like e.g. Elefront?

Then there is an option to bake it by replacing or not. Check if you use BakeName or not:
