Baking did not produce single Brep

FROM two BREPS, the goal is to produce a single BREP.

From a small construction with a sphere and a closely related extrusion, I’m trying to produce a unitary BREP (in order to use downstream to subtract from another BREP).

Each time I’ve tried baking what I hoped would be a single entity, I’ve ended up with two separate BREPs. A single one is surely possible, but the correct combination has eluded me.

I’m sure that someone with more experience will spot my error, possibly at a glance!

In your screenshot, you can see that the output of the Brep Join component is a DataTree (dashed line). You need to flatten the input to the Brep Join component.

I have also eliminated a few unnecessary components.
