Hi,
just in case you are talking about how to generally change the arrows. if you find your settings/options then look for annotation styles and set the arrows to your likings.
for custom tips follow the description below.

Download the Rhino 6 WIP,
Make your arrow head with the point at w0,
Turn that into a block and give it a sensible name,
Go to your dimension style in the document properties and under Arrows, pick “User Arrow…” from the drop-down and assign your block.

Hi, I have changed the arrowhead type but it does not reflect the changes.
did you use arrowheads or dimensions? Arrowhead can not be changed. an alternative would be to use Leader instead.
pls write a full description of what you are using in future. that will help settle questions faster.
