Hi, I would like to align all my components to a clicked point. The components should be aligned with the longest edge in the Y direction and with the shortest edge in the world plane Z =0 in the plus direction. A copy of the parts should be created and the original parts should be locked after storage. Are there already templates for this? Unfortunately I can’t program in Python…

Hi Michael - this is what you’ll need if you want to automate this. It looks like Orient3Pt is the tool you need in Rhino.
