Sometimes when I try to add a category I get this message.
No category can be added.
Am I doing something wrong? TIA
also noticed that already in fact i am not even allowed to categorise a topic i created myself when it has the unhandled tag.

Well, specify the category with your initial post.
does the day end or start at midnight?

thats why adding category is not always possible.
