It is very easy to see the password for a novice programmer, it is a false sense of security. If the people you are sharing it with are clueless about any kind of programming then it should be fine. I wouldn’t put anything in there though that you are very concerned about someone peeking at. A better solution would be to code it and then obfuscate that code. People will always find a way in, if you care enough then most you can do is make it really annoying to read
