A curved railing

Hello everyone
I am an architecture student and would appreciate your help
Does anyone know how I can create a curved railing for these stairs? In a rhino or grasshopper?

I have attached a picture of the stairs in Reno
And a picture for inspiration

it’s easier when you upload the file

but in essence, you use dupedge to extract the bottom edges of stairs, these :

you join the resulting curves to get a single curve, you offset with cap

then you select the resulting curve and you extrude with solid option
