Removing all existing AttachGHS parts/hulls using scripting

Is there any way to remove all the existing AttachGHS definitions for Hull and Tanks in a particular model file using a script/command?

I don’t believe there is. But if you script the SaveAs command (e.g. -SaveAs), you can set the SavePlugInData flag to False. Unfortunately, this will save the file without any plug-in data, not just GHS.
