For some reason, my mouse isn't working in the perspective mode and I have the software installed correctly. What is going on and should I re-install software? Thanks!

OK, maybe you already did this, but a full restart of your machine may solve the problem. Next, try a different USB port. Lastly, I'd in reinstall the drivers, maybe they were also updated since you installed them last.
