The Vz-line from Karamba 3D is mirrored to that of matrix frame. The Vz-line from Matrix frame is correct, Because the reaction in the first support is directed upwards (-z direction)

in Karamba3D the local Z-axis is pointing upwards by default. In Matrix frame it seems to point downwards. This is probably the reason for the different signs.
