I have multiple files attached in a worksession. When I am in one file, I would like to be able to see what file other objects are on. All it shows is the layer, but I do not know what file that layer/object is in. Is there something I am missing, is there anyway to do this currently?
I did find a small way around this by selecting objects near the one I wanted to pull up the selection menu which displays the file, but that is not always an option…
Hi Markcam Yeah, that is a tough one as afar as I can see … As a sort of workaround, the file name will appear in the layer pane in the status bar, only because the layer is named with the file name as a sort of parent layer to all the actual layers in the file.
