It would be dope if worksession could save hidden (Hide, HideInDetail) and changed (change layer’s color, linetype, print width) objects and layers. It would come in handy when setting up graphics for detail views on the layout sheets. Right now I’m resorting to linked blocks and hide layers (like in autocad), which saves them across Rhino sessions.

I second this, my firm is struggling to set up sheets & draft in different files, as it is crucial to hide layers and objects, but the work Session does not remember the hidden details and layers, it is literally the one thing holding us back.

You can save Layer States… Im using Rhino for 15 years and didnt know about it.. i discovered the feature 10min ago…. shame on me xD but it does exactly what i want… only one button is missing: restore a certain Layer State after refreshing the worksession.. Understanding Layer States - #4 by dale
