Hello when my product is add to cart in woocommerce i gets an id in basket.
but it’s not the same id as i in computations. i cant get it to send it to me as a mail.
how do i do to export configuration setup when added to basket?
and why wont it send me the mail? it gets sent if i in shapediver platform klick on send mail.
When you add a product to the cart, it creates a model state with a specific id. You can use this id to load again the same configuration at any time, from the App on Shopify/WooCommerce or directly on the ShapeDiver platform:
In case a customer orders from your shop, this id will also be shown in the order summary page.
After loading the state, you can check the configuration and modify further parameters or trigger an email export if you have included one.
