is this a feature in rhino 8?

Those are comically out-of-date formats, they’re not likely to be added ever, no. They’ve basically been replaced by PDF.

I would not at this point expect nothing that exists and doesn’t already have import to ever be added. It would require some new thing becoming super-popular and providing a handy API for anyone to put time into adding more formats.

There are other programs that can read those obsolete formats and convert them into something else.
