Wish: Symmetrical Drawing for Curves

drawing profile curves often that require a symmetry which in best case are drawn continuously without having to mirror, or use symmetry an option to draw symmetric with a closed continuous midpoint would be helpful. something like reflect does for subd.

i had the feeling this was wished already but could not find anything written in specific.

thanks @wim i can not find that tracker though, also after looking for it, is it not visible to the public?

I include a link for issues that are public and remove it for issues that are not public.

then why announcing any tracker details at all, that rises hopes for people like me in finding something relevant and being left disappointed and confused.

also somebody might want to check it later, maybe it becomes public at some point then a complete link would be useful.
