Wish : Shell with constant thickness

My wish is Shell with option : constant Thickness like the attached picture.

That’s a good option. I’d also appreciate a shelling command that can handle features smaller than the wall thickness. My models require a lot of manual repair work when using this command.

Yep… OffsetSrf has this option- I don’t remember, if I ever knew, if there is a technical reason for it not to be in Shell as well. I’ll ask.

Hi Vittorio - it turns out there is a technical reason for this not to be an option in Shell - it is a lot less straightforward when there is a face to be partly removed rather than offset. An option may turn up in the future, bit at the moment it’s a wish…
