Wish 1: “Select connected objects with same colour”. Add a new type of object selection based on selecting all nearby objects (within the file tolerance range, such like 0,01 mm away) that share the same object colour or material as the object(s) already selected. This is also a very nice way to chain select fillets that already have a unique colour, while other objects in the scene or other fillets of the same object that are not touching the original surface (used for the pre-selection) will remain unselected.
Wish 2: “Select connected fillets” and “Select connected blends”. Similar to the above, but this time the chain selection must be based on selecting connected fillets (and why not even blend surfaces) that touch each other within the file tolerance’s range. In the case of G1 fillets, this particular command must be able to detect and select even the ball surfaces that form the rounded corners of a box, etc. Pick one fillet and Rhino selects all connected fillets.
