Wish: Rebuild window with smart input values

Hi @pascal,

today a customer had set in the rebuild command controlpoints to 2 and degree to 5, and then wondered, why there are just 2 controllpoints (my comment: the degree was automatically reduced to 1).

Why not to make the fields controllpoints and degree smart? When I increase the degree, the controllpoints should go up to degree + 1 at least. And when controllpoints are set lower by hand, degree should follow as well, if needed.
