Wish: Print Display option to change background color

I use black as my background and layout color for modeling, but when I have print display on I switch to white to match the paper color. I currently use macros for simultaneously toggling print display and changing the background and layout colors, but this is inconvenient since background/layout color is a globally shared setting between documents, so toggling print display on one document messes with the appearance of other open documents.

My wish is for a new command line option in the PrintDisplay command to change the background and layout colors at the document level while print display is on.

i guess that is what layouts could potentially be used for, just not sure about the print display there, did not use it in a while.

but yes basically a good suggestion, makes sense
