Wish: New Script Editor Window Resizing

Hi @eirannejad and @Alain,

I noticed that the new script editor does not allow resizing the main window as small as GHPython. It would be nice if we could make it as small as we need to. And while we’re at it, to make the lower terminal window as large as one might require:
