Wish: _Installation command

Hi developers,

most customers are not aware, that there is a Repair, and Change option in the Installation-Window, and how to get to it.

It would be nice, when there would be an _Installation command inside Rhino for popping up the installation window.

This part of the Windows installer, I typically recommend the going through Windows Programs and Features or Add Remove Programs. I’ll see if its something we can hook up to a command.
