Hey there, sorry if my proposal has already been made or if there is a command that performs the same result.
I suggest the developing of an ExtrudeCrv/Srf + Radius command. I believe the result would be similar to sweep2, but I think it could be faster and more flexible.

That isn’t possible with how the lightweight extrude tool is built.
To have curved or tapered surfaces like your radius example, is needs to be a NURBS brep. The top can be angled:

I see what you are going after, you can do this with rail revolve, sweep 2,
or
extrude, then change degree, and scale the top surface and top row of control points together
