Wish: duplicate object with history children

When working with history objects I often wish for the ability to copy an object with it’s children, but have not found a way to do so yet. Are there any? If not then please add it to the pile.

Hi Jorgen - by this you mean, copy an object and its children and have the new objects also copy the parent-child relationships and maintain history - do I have that right?

Hi Mark, @Holo, from what I understand, this is very unlikely to be implemented any time soon, I’m afraid. See Mikko’s comment on the bugtrack item above…
