Wish: Draw order commands for PictureFrame surface

Hi,
it would be cool if a surface created with PictureFrame would work with draw order commands (BringToFront, SendToBack, BringForward, SendBackward, etc.). Since PictureFrames are often used to trace drawings this would be very useful.
