WISH : "Center" snap behavior made the same on surface boundaries and closed polygons

Hi, I’ve had the exact same issue a while ago:

Hi Philip - over time there have been lots (and lots) of tweaks to the strength of the Center snap. In the case of the rectangle, there’s something wrong, obviously. But if you run into other cases that still seem wrong, just send them along! -wim

As mentioned by @brian this has been fixed in the WIP:

RH-56862 is fixed in the latest WIP

With the frequent updates on the current version I would appreciate if this was also fixed in Rhino 6
