Wish: Ask for loading disabled and only favorite Plug-Ins

Hi…

most of the time I don’t use all installed extra plus-ins. If I need one i switch “Ask to load disabled plug-ins” on. Then when I have a lot of disabled plug-ins, I get a lot of questions, which is annoying. I would prefer to have my own favorite/ask list, perhaps like in this picture:

BTW: I have logged in with the new McNeel login. Now my discoure profile picture is gone, and in discourse preferences I don’t find the upload button for my profile picture. Any ideas where to put the profile picture?
