i am new to rhino ,why cant i see lines in wireframe mode in all views ?

That’s hard to tell without more information.
We’ll need the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command, a 3dm model that shows the behavior on your system, and a screenshot to enable us to see if the behavior is the same on other systems.

You’re running a cracked copy of Rhino but it’s probably the drivers of the Radeon that are causing this. You could try to disable GPU Tessellation.
