I installed Rhino3D WIP 8 and just noticed … the 3dconnexion SpaceMouse stopped working in Rhino3d V7… the issue is only Rhino7 (latest update).
SpaceMouse works in Rhino 8 WIP and Alias studio/Blender, etc.

The image you provided of your plugins is the same as mine… 3Dconnexion is yes for loaded and enabled.
It worked prior to Rhino3D WIP install…
I took a look at this and decided to re-install the 3DConnexion driver… and now both versions are working properly…
updated from 10.8.4 to 10.8.7
Also, I just noticed that the device is listed as “Discontinued device” althouhg it is working properly with the latest driver software.
They have great hardware, but really terrible software to support it.
