WIP 6.0.17101.6541, 4/11/2017 -repeatable crash, Viewport Layouts

Selecting (Viewport Layout Tab) 3 vp, 3 default vp, 4 vp, 4 default vp, new vp, split vp horiz & split vp vert crashes WIP. Crash report sent.

I just tried that with an in-house build and can not get it to crash.
I’ll try the public WIP on another system.

I’m running Windows 10 on an nVidia GT 750m

OK, I was able to get the public WIP to crash in a new file.

I’m installing the in-house build over the public WIP right now, to see if the problem has already been fixed.

I can confirm that whatever the problem was in the WIP has already been fixed.

Try this:
In Rhino Options > Cycles,
Check the top option to “Allow viewport settings override”:

Close and restart Rhino.
Does that stop the crash?

I do not have that option in Rhino Options. I do have Cycles installed.

Never mind.
That won’t work anyway.

Can you avoid the viewport changing commands until next Tuesday night?
If not you could go back to the previous WIP until next week.

In last Tuesdays WIP the settings section is still called Raytraced settings.

The bug is already fixed, is in the next public WIP.

When I opened a DWG file and reset the viewports instant crash.

Yup, first report regarding crashes in my code was reported exactly with DWG files. (: fixed and available in the next public WIP.
