Is it possible to add windows form or anything else as a tab next to viewport tabs?
The tabs aren’t really designed to have anything next to them. If I had a better idea of what you are trying to do, I can add a feature request for Rhino to add something in the future.
I’d like to have a nice place to print some charts, which are generated by my plugin. I can always show them in new window, but I was thinking about having them in separate tab.

I don’t expect this to become available for quite a while since it would be a pretty massive project to take on.
