Window to Wall ratio simulation. How do I do it in grasshopper

Hi, I got a task task in grasshopper from my prof. I am completly new to grasshopper and I tried everything to rememer what command I should use because our proffesor showed us this and I forgot. So the task is to make a window ratio simulation 40% and 60% on south facade. The building is simple beton strukture with flat roof I already have it constructed with all materials 10x10x3 m (dont let my prof see that I forgot haha). The whole simulation is for Ladybug/Honeybee to see energie and temperature simulation.
